Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients' needs, strengths, and treatment goals.

• Develop tailored treatment plans based on best practices and individual client circumstances, including the use of modalities like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions with a focus on building coping skills and resilience among patients.

• Organize psychoeducational workshops and support groups that promote community and foster mental health awareness.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure integrated treatment and holistic patient support.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary, offering immediate support and developing a plan for ongoing care.

• Educate clients about their mental health conditions and available treatment options, enhancing their understanding and engagement in the therapeutic process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse array of clients, including but not limited to adolescents and adults facing issues such as mood disorders, anxiety disorders, trauma, and substance-related problems. Understanding the unique cultural and socio-economic backgrounds of our clients will be essential in providing effective, personalized care that meets their specific needs.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n
