Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to develop individualized treatment plans that meet each client's unique needs.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions, as well as family, couples, and group counseling sessions based on your specialty and the client’s requirements.

• Implement mental health screenings to identify treatment needs and monitor progress throughout the therapeutic process.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes accurately in our electronic health record (EHR) system.

• Maintain a manageable caseload that allows for thorough, quality care while collaborating with colleagues and participating in ongoing training and development programs.

• Perform additional tasks as assigned to support clinic operations and enhance client service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Mental Health Therapist, you will primarily work with a varied clientele, including children, families, and couples. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role is competitive, ranging from USD 100,000 to 105,000 yearly , commensurate with experience.
