This position operates entirely in a telehealth format, enabling you to work from the comfort of your home while still delivering essential psychological support to our clientele. Some adaptability will be necessary to accommodate client needs effectively and ensure comprehensive care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, strengths, and challenges, utilizing standardized protocols and personalized interview techniques.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including modalities like Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops to promote community engagement and provide resources for shared mental health concerns.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Massachusetts.

• Proficient understanding of mental health disorders, therapeutic modalities, and the latest best practices in mental health care.
