Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to create tailored treatment plans that address individual needs.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions, including individual counseling and, when relevant, family or group therapy, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

• Perform regular mental health screenings and assessments to monitor progress and adapt treatment strategies as necessary.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers and community resources to optimize client care and support.

• Maintain up-to-date patient documentation in compliance with organizational policies and legal standards.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in mental healthcare.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will engage primarily with adolescents, families, and adults facing mental and behavioral health challenges. You will work with individuals experiencing a range of issues, from anxiety and depression to co-occurring disorders and substance abuse. Your ability to build rapport and trust with clients will be crucial in promoting healing and resilience.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, with active licensure in one of the following: Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW).

• A strong foundation in contemporary counseling theories, approaches, and ethical practices.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years’ clinical experience working with diverse populations affected by mental and behavioral health challenges, including co-occurring disorders and substance abuse.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches to remote sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $100,000 to $105,000 annually, reflecting the critical role you will play in our organization.
