Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify patient needs, gather personal histories, and support the development of tailored treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions across various modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a safe space for discussion of mental health concerns and promoting peer support.
\n
• Work closely with fellow clinicians, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for each patient.

• Offer crisis intervention services to support patients facing acute mental health emergencies, ensuring immediate assistance is available when necessary.

• Educate clients on their mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources that promote wellness and recovery.
\n
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in compliance with legal regulations and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Participate in regular case consultations and team meetings to enhance collaborative treatment approaches and continuously improve service delivery.

• Stay informed about the latest developments in mental health research and therapeutic methodologies to continually refine treatment approaches.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clinical work will focus on a diverse patient population, encompassing individuals struggling with a range of mental health issues. You will be tasked with understanding and responding to the unique needs of each patient through individualized treatment plans that prioritize their strengths and goals. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), or LICSW (Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker) in Massachusetts is required.

• In-depth knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities pertinent to outpatient counseling.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and craft effective, individualized treatment strategies.
\n
• Experience providing individual and group therapy to a range of clients, showcasing effective therapeutic skills and engagement techniques.

• Exceptional interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to develop rapport with a diverse client population.

• Sound judgment and a strong commitment to maintaining professional ethics and boundaries in practice.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and comfort with technology.

• Collaborative spirit, with a penchant for working effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health counseling setting.

• Proven ability to lead group therapy sessions and psychoeducational workshops.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 per year based on experience and qualifications. Benefits include:
