This full-time position is designed for professionals who are passionate about providing high-quality mental healthcare through telehealth. Work Environment\n

Operating remotely, our mental health therapists utilize telehealth technology to deliver services directly to clients in the comfort of their own homes. This remote setting enables flexibility and accessibility, allowing for a work-life balance. Our therapists work primarily Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some scheduled flexibility required based on patient availability and needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to accurately identify patient needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapies such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups to foster community and address prevalent mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services during mental health emergencies, offering immediate support and guidance to those in distress.

• Inform and educate patients about their mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and available community resources conducive to their recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing our electronic health record (EHR) system for efficiency and accuracy.

Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of relevant experience is required, candidates with additional expertise in telehealth services, crisis intervention, and specialized therapeutic techniques will be given preference. Compensation and Benefits\n
