Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to accurately identify clients' mental health needs, creating tailored treatment plans that are regularly updated to reflect progress.

• Provide evidence-based therapy services to clients using a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and family systems approaches.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care that addresses all aspects of the client's mental health.

• Respond to acute distress situations by offering crisis intervention and support, employing your professional judgment and compassion to effectively manage emergencies.

• Engage with the community through outreach programs and workshops aimed at promoting mental health and educating the public about available resources.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will span a variety of backgrounds, including children, adolescents, and adults facing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and grief. Your role will focus on nurturing therapeutic relationships that foster trust and encourage open communication, allowing clients to feel safe and understood as they navigate their mental health struggles.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active and independent license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to build strong therapeutic relationships with a diverse clientele.

• Proven cultural competence, effectively working with individuals from varying ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds.

• Highly developed organizational and time-management abilities, ensuring timely and accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience providing therapy in a clinical setting, particularly in community health or outpatient settings.

• Familiarity with electronic health record systems and teletherapy platforms; experience with tools like TherapyNotes or similar is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
