Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments and diagnostic evaluations to accurately identify clients’ mental health needs and collaboratively develop personalized treatment plans.

• Provide empathetic individual therapy sessions using evidence-based practices, ensuring that each client receives tailored and relevant therapeutic support.

• Establish measurable therapeutic goals with clients and closely monitor their progress throughout the treatment journey, adjusting plans as necessary.

• Facilitate teletherapy sessions for clients who prefer virtual interactions or face barriers to traditional in-person therapy, ensuring accessibility and convenience.

• Document all client interactions and treatment progress with precision, in adherence to ethical and regulatory standards, including confidentiality requirements.

• Participate in ongoing training and professional development workshops aimed at enhancing clinical skills and staying updated with the latest therapeutic methodologies and technologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals facing mental health challenges such as depression, anxiety, trauma, and suicidal ideation. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or a closely related mental health field.

• A valid and active license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW).

• Demonstrated ability to practice independently, managing a caseload effectively without supervision.
