Work Environment\n

This position operates in a fully remote setting, allowing you to provide crucial mental health support from the comfort of your own home. You will be equipped with the necessary tools and technology to perform your duties effectively, including access to a secure electronic health record (EHR) system for maintaining patient information. The role adheres to a structured work schedule from Monday to Friday, typically 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with some flexibility to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify each patient's unique needs and develop individualized treatment plans accordingly.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic modalities including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy to assist individuals, couples, and families in their mental health journey.

• Facilitate psychoeducational support groups, creating a safe space for discussion around common mental health concerns, fostering community and connection among patients.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive and integrated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, offering immediate support and resources during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate clients about their mental health conditions and treatment options while guiding them toward available community resources.

• Maintain accurate and confidential documentation aligned with legal and ethical standards, ensuring patient privacy is respected.

• Engage in professional development through team meetings, case consultations, and continuous education to stay informed of the latest research and advancements in mental health treatment.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our practice serves a varied patient population, including adults and teens presenting with diverse mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals experiencing issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. The aim is to empower clients through tailored therapeutic strategies and to foster an environment of understanding, support, and progress.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Psychologist.

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited institution.

• Demonstrated knowledge of mental health disorders and a variety of evidence-based treatment approaches.

• Proven ability to effectively conduct mental health assessments and develop tailored treatment plans.
\n
• Experience in delivering therapy to individuals and groups from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective relationships with clients and team members.

• Proficient in electronic health record (EHR) systems and virtual therapy platforms.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually.
