Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments utilizing evidence-based practices, which will inform the creation of personalized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of each client.

• Implement a variety of therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and other recognized modalities to promote client resilience and recovery.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations to uphold our ethical standards and ensure high-quality care.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary treatment team to provide comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies that contribute to holistic patient support.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings to remain updated on best practices and enhance the quality of care provided to our clients.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions and treatment options, aiding them in accessing community resources that foster recovery and empowerment.

• Stay informed on recent trends, research, and advancements in the mental health field to continually integrate innovative approaches into treatment methods.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals from different socioeconomic backgrounds and varying perspectives on mental health. Your expertise will be vital in guiding clients through their unique struggles, providing them with the necessary tools and support to navigate their mental health journeys.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• An active state license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• Proven expertise in solution-focused psychotherapy and the ability to adapt therapeutic approaches based on individual client needs.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, essential for establishing trust and rapport with clients in a therapeutic setting.

• Strong problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to help clients navigate complex situations effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n
