Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health needs, utilizing standardized diagnostic tools and interviews to create tailored treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services through modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address a variety of conditions, including anxiety and depression.

• Collaborate closely with case managers, psychiatrists, and community resource providers to implement coordinated care strategies for clients with complex needs.

• Facilitate crisis intervention and provide immediate support for clients experiencing acute emotional distress, demonstrating compassion and swift decision-making.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives, including workshops and informational sessions, to educate the public about mental health and reduce stigma around seeking treatment.

Qualifications\n

• Completion of a master’s degree or doctoral degree in relevant fields such as Social Work, Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in documentation, ensuring compliance with all ethical and regulatory standards.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually , commensurate with experience and credentials.
