Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify clients' mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement engaging therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to client goals.

• Document and maintain accurate and timely records of client interactions, progress, and treatment outcomes in accordance with ethical standards and state regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and other mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field.

• Current and valid licensure as an LICSW, LMFT, or LMHC in the state of Washington.

• A minimum of three years of clinical experience in mental health counseling.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport with clients.

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a remote team setting.

• Strong organizational skills and proficiency in maintaining accurate client records.

• Familiarity with digital documentation and teletherapy platforms to facilitate remote service delivery.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience with specific evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or Trauma-Focused Therapy is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 105,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
