Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on diverse populations, ensuring equitable access to mental health services for individuals from ethnic and cultural minorities, LGBTQ+ communities, and immigrant groups. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current, valid license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment approaches, coupled with practical experience in culturally responsive therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
