Key Responsibilities\n

The primary responsibilities of the Licensed Mental Health Therapist include:

• Conducting comprehensive trauma-informed mental health assessments to accurately evaluate each patient's trauma history and current mental state.

• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans tailored to each patient's unique needs, focusing on recovery from trauma and promoting long-term resilience.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic interventions such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) to facilitate healing.

• Leading individual and therapeutic group sessions aimed at helping patients process their trauma, cultivate coping skills, and achieve mental wellness.

• Collaborating with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to provide comprehensive and integrated care for patients.

Qualifications\n

To succeed in this role, candidates must possess:
