Your day-to-day responsibilities will focus on delivering high-quality mental health services. Specific tasks may include:

• Collaborating with psychiatrists and multi-disciplinary professionals to ensure comprehensive and integrated patient care.

The primary client population will comprise individuals who have experienced various forms of trauma. As a therapist at Thrive, you will work closely with patients coping with PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders, enabling them to process their experiences while equipping them with the necessary tools to thrive. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, you must possess:

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• A strong foundation in trauma-informed care and interventions.

• Excellent communication skills characterized by compassion and a non-judgmental approach.
