Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to identify mental health concerns and develop appropriate, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Facilitate a range of therapy modalities, including individual sessions, family therapy, couples therapy, and group counseling, adapting your approach to fit client needs.

• Administer mental health screenings and utilize diagnostic tools to gauge clients’ progress throughout their therapeutic journey.

• Build and maintain trusting therapeutic relationships with clients, demonstrating empathy and active listening during sessions.

• Collaborate with clients to clarify their personal goals and assess how their circumstances may affect their mental health.

• Develop personalized treatment plans in consultation with clients, regularly reviewing and adjusting interventions based on therapeutic outcomes.

• Participate in team meetings and provide input on clinical best practices and multidisciplinary strategies to enhance client care.

Your work will primarily focus on individuals experiencing a range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy (LMFT), Mental Health Counseling (LMHC), or Social Work (LICSW) is required.

• An active state license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is mandatory.

Preferred Experience\n

• At least 2 years of professional experience working with patients facing mental and behavioral health challenges, particularly in individual and group therapies.

• Knowledge of and experience with co-occurring disorders and substance abuse treatment is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

You will receive an attractive annual salary ranging from $100,000 to $105,000 , commensurate with experience and credentials.
