Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your role will focus on a diverse patient population, primarily consisting of individuals dealing with complex mental health issues alongside chronic medical conditions. By leveraging your expertise in integrated health care, you will provide essential support and resources to help them navigate their challenges and improve their overall quality of life.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LMHC, LCSW, LCSW-R, Licensed Psychoanalyst, Psychologist, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Demonstrated experience working with individuals who have co-occurring medical conditions is strongly preferred.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills, with a focus on fostering a supportive therapeutic alliance with patients.

• A solid understanding of ethical guidelines and the ability to maintain confidentiality in all interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n
