Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake interviews to assess new clients, ensuring a solid understanding of their unique mental health needs and family dynamics.

• Develop and maintain accurate clinical documentation, including progress notes and treatment plans, adhering to ethical guidelines and best practices.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing appropriate therapeutic techniques tailored to each client’s specific situation.

• Coordinate specialized services within the Behavioral Health Department to enhance patient outcomes, including program management and resource development.

• Provide support and education to clients regarding preventive mental health strategies, connecting them with community resources to boost their long-term well-being.

• Engage in clinical supervision and consultation as required, ensuring adherence to LMHC/LICSW/LMFT supervision guidelines and practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will encompass individuals from diverse backgrounds, including those facing challenges with addiction, trauma, and co-occurring disorders. You will demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of these issues as you tailor your approach, recognizing the interplay between mental health and various life circumstances such as homelessness and PTSD. Your expertise will play an essential role in guiding clients toward recovery and improved mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required for this position.

• Current licensure as LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT, along with compliance with all relevant supervision guidelines.

• A minimum of two years of experience in providing crisis management and mental health services is essential.

Compensation and Benefits\n
