Key Responsibilities\n

• Actively participate in licensing and accreditation processes to maintain compliance and improve service quality.

• Serve as a liaison to various service systems, state agencies, and community partners, ensuring seamless communication and coordination of care.

• Engage with contract standards to uphold our mission and promote mental health awareness within the community.

• Build and sustain relationships with local, state, federal, and private agencies to advocate for program growth and secure additional funding and partnerships.

• Dedicate time to your professional development by attending conferences, workshops, and participating in statewide meetings and task forces pertinent to mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients we serve are diverse individuals seeking to enhance their mental health and lifelong wellness. You will provide therapy to populations with varying backgrounds, challenges, and treatment needs, emphasizing person-centered approaches that promote independence and recovery. Qualifications\n

• Minimum of a Master’s Degree in a relevant mental health field.

• Possession of one of the following independent licenses: Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of professional experience in a clinical setting.

• Familiarity with record-keeping practices related to beneficiary charts and documentation.

• Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation that meets applicable insurance and legal requirements.
