Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand patients’ unique circumstances and create tailored treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Therapy, to support individuals, couples, and families.

• Facilitate psychoeducational sessions and support groups to foster community connections and address prevalent mental health issues.

• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate holistic, comprehensive care for each patient.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention services, equipping patients with vital coping strategies and support during urgent mental health situations.

• Educate patients about their mental health conditions, available treatment strategies, and community resources to empower them in their recovery journeys.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client base, including individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, and substance abuse issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required. Candidates with a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology will have a competitive edge.

• Must hold a current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in Washington State.

• Strong understanding of mental health disorders, diagnoses, and evidence-based treatment practices.

• Ability to effectively conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.

• Excellent interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and collaborate with colleagues in a team-oriented environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 annually, reflecting our commitment to valuing the expertise and experience of our therapists.
