Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to uncover clients’ mental health concerns, ensuring the development of effective and individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver one-on-one counseling sessions utilizing various evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other approaches suited to client preferences.

• Set achievable therapeutic goals collaboratively with clients, continuously monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to enhance therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide teletherapy options to clients to broaden access to care, particularly for those with mobility challenges or other barriers to in-person visits.

• Maintain detailed and accurate clinical documentation to comply with ethical standards and regulatory requirements, ensuring proper tracking of client interactions and treatment outcomes.

• Participate in regular professional development opportunities, such as webinars, conferences, and team workshops, to enhance therapeutic skills and stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) in the state of Washington.

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.
