Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the severity, frequency, and duration of mood disorder symptoms presented by clients, ensuring a thorough understanding of each individual's circumstances.

• Employ evidence-based therapeutic interventions, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring these approaches to best suit the needs of individual clients.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress throughout their treatment journey, making necessary adjustments to the treatment plan based on ongoing evaluations and feedback.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology accredited by relevant professional bodies.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of New York.

• Proven expertise in evidence-based practices for mood disorders, specifically advanced skills in modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
