Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct in-depth assessments to identify and evaluate the symptoms and impact of mood disorders in clients, determining severity, frequency, and duration.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to deliver effective interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a licensed mental health therapist at Hackensack Health System, you will primarily support individuals grappling with mood disorders such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), or LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist) in California.
