Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Implementing, monitoring, and adjusting therapeutic interventions based on each client’s progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily work with adults aged 18 and older dealing with varying degrees of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, mood disorders, and other conditions that affect their daily functioning and community engagement. Your empathetic, non-judgmental approach will be essential in building trust and rapport with clients as you support them in their journey toward recovery.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Acurrent valid state license to practice, such as:

  \n • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Ability to practice independently and manage a caseload without supervision.

• No history of disciplinary actions on your license.

• At least two years of experience providing direct clinical services to individuals facing mental health challenges.
