Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct regular one-on-one supervision sessions with the site supervisor to enhance clinical practices and address client care strategies.

• Engage in team meetings, including weekly staff meetings and additional collaboration sessions with clinical staff to discuss ongoing cases and best practices.
\n
• Research and identify agency resources, services, and systems relevant to client needs for effective referral management.
\n
• Complete the mandated agency orientation, familiarize yourself with internal policies, and actively participate in team-building efforts.
\n
• Prepare thoroughly for each client session by reviewing case notes and conducting specific research to inform treatment strategies.
\n
• Participate in small group supervision and seminars, including reviewing recorded sessions and collaborating on research projects.
\n
• Maintain comprehensive client records, ensuring both written and electronic documentation are up to date and compliant with privacy regulations.
\n
• Coordinate services with partner agencies to enhance client support and facilitate necessary visits or interventions.
\n
• Conduct client consultations, collaborating with colleagues and external agency professionals to discuss treatment plans and outcomes.
\n
• Document case notes and conduct client assessments, providing accurate evaluations to inform treatment plans and progress tracking.
\n
• Contribute to the development and ongoing revision of clients’ Individual Treatment Plans (ITP), tailoring interventions to meet individual needs.

• Assist the treating therapist by scoring, interpreting, and documenting the results of psychometric assessments.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, and adults facing varied mental health challenges. Our patient population includes individuals from different socioeconomic backgrounds, seeking support for issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. The focus is on providing personalized care that addresses each individual's unique circumstances and goals for recovery.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid Social Work License is required, specifically LMHC, LMFT, or LICSW, in accordance with state regulations.

• Demonstrated strong clinical skills and the ability to establish meaningful rapport and trust with clients.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written, are essential for effective collaboration.
\n
• No history of Medical Malpractice Claims, confirmed through third-party verification.
\n
• Authorized to work in the United States.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience utilizing telehealth platforms for delivering therapy sessions.

• Familiarity with evidence-based practices and therapies specific to mental health treatment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $52,000 to $100,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
