Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct mental health assessments and provide therapeutic support to clients during scheduled video sessions.

The clients you will serve are individuals seeking mental health support through a convenient telehealth model. All clients are pre-screened, ensuring that you engage with stable adults who present with low-acuity needs, allowing you to focus on delivering effective therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.
\n
• You must hold a current, unrestricted license to practice independently as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• No provisionary or limited licenses are accepted, and candidates should have no disciplinary actions on their record.
\n
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, complemented by strong interpersonal abilities.

• Proficiency in computer use and familiarity with telehealth platforms is essential.

Preferred Experience\n

We look for candidates with experience in providing teletherapy services, as well as those who have worked with diverse populations. Familiarity with specific therapeutic methods, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), is a plus.
