Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive annual salary range of $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. In addition to a competitive salary, full-time counselors are eligible for a monthly healthcare stipend, allowing for comprehensive health coverage.
