Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will engage primarily with children and adolescents facing various emotional and behavioral challenges. Understanding the unique developmental needs of this population is crucial. The counselor will utilize age-appropriate therapeutic techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy and play therapy, to effectively address the psychosocial issues experienced by clients.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Current licensure in the State of California as either an LMFT, LPCC, or LCSW.

• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in outpatient mental health counseling, particularly with children and adolescents.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
