Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, accompanied by a $3,000 sign-on bonus. Full-time counselors will also benefit from a monthly healthcare stipend to support your well-being. You’ll receive weekly direct deposits, ensuring a stable income as you support your clients through their journeys.
