Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct ethical and compassionate mental health counseling sessions with clients via video chat, ensuring a safe and supportive environment.

• Utilize evidence-based, solution-focused treatment modalities tailored to meet the individual needs of each client.

• Develop comprehensive and personalized treatment plans that define clear objectives based on assessment and ongoing evaluations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with stable, low acuity adults presenting a range of mental health challenges. By focusing on developing coping strategies and improving life quality, you play an integral role in helping clients achieve meaningful and lasting positive change.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in a counseling-related discipline such as Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling.

• Possession of a current, state-issued mental health counseling license (LMFT, LPCC, LCSW) that allows for independent practice, with no provisional or limited licenses accepted.

• No history of disciplinary actions against your license.
\n
• Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and understanding approach to client care.
\n
• Demonstrated proficiency in computer literacy, including video conferencing software for remote counseling.
\n
• A reliable computer, equipped with webcam and audio functionalities, and a stable internet connection for conducting sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of experience in a mental health counseling role, preferably with a focus on adult populations.

• Experience using electronic health records (EHR) systems and familiarity with telehealth practices.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 104,000 per year, depending on your working hours. We are proud to provide a sign-on bonus, weekly direct deposits, and a monthly healthcare stipend for our full-time counselors, ensuring they have the support they need.
