Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize resources from public and private agencies to ensure that clients and their families receive comprehensive treatment, including effective referrals to external resources when necessary.
\n
• Proactively report safety concerns to mandated reporting agencies while ensuring adherence to ethical guidelines.
\n
• Develop, implement, and evaluate clinical treatment programs tailored to clients diagnosed with acute or chronic mental illness, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational standards.
\n
• Provide outpatient psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, families, and groups, adapting therapeutic approaches to meet diverse client needs.
\n
• Instruct and counsel clients and their families in adherence to therapeutic and medication regimens, offering detailed explanations and support for effective compliance.
\n
• Document all treatment sessions meticulously, preparing intake summaries, treatment plans, and ongoing records in accordance with state regulations and NCQA standards.
\n
• Engage in departmental program development and participate in staff conferences to discuss, plan, and evaluate treatment initiatives.
\n
• If eligible, supervise Post Masters Fellows, Associate Clinical Social Workers, Associate Marriage Family Therapists, or Associate Professional Clinical Counselors.
\n
• Provide family support by discussing treatment protocols and ways to facilitate adherence and understanding of the treatment process.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The individuals you will work with vary in age and backgrounds and often face significant challenges related to mental illness. Our clients may be experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, or other mental health issues that affect their daily lives. Your role will be critical in facilitating their recovery process and improving their overall well-being.

Qualifications\n

• Must hold a current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC).

• A Master's degree in a behavioral science or related field from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• Adhere to department standards, policies, and state and federal regulations to ensure high-quality care and patient confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

• Prior experience in a telehealth setting is highly preferred, as well as familiarity with electronic health records (EHR) systems.

• Demonstrable skills in developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to individual client needs, with a strong understanding of diverse therapeutic modalities.

• Previous experience working with individuals from varying socio-economic backgrounds and an understanding of cultural competence in mental health care.

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
