This role operates within a fully remote telehealth setting, allowing for flexibility and convenience in service delivery. Our online platform enables you to engage with clients efficiently, without the barriers typically associated with in-person appointments. Key Responsibilities\n

• Support clients in navigating their treatment journey by identifying tasks and overcoming barriers through one-on-one interaction.

• Collaborate in creating and refining individualized treatment plans with Primary Therapists for each client’s unique needs.
\n
• Facilitate regular updates to treatment plans, incorporating various modalities to capture the full spectrum of client care.
\n
• Conduct weekly individual therapy sessions with all clients on your caseload, ensuring they feel supported regularly.
\n
• Implement and lead group counseling sessions, workshops, and educational meetings as outlined in the program schedule to foster community support.
\n
• Manage the coordination of necessary treatment services and resources for clients, ensuring their holistic needs are met.
\n
• Maintain regular communication with the family members and referral sources of clients to foster a supportive treatment network.
\n
• Contribute to Quality Improvement initiatives and participate in relevant task groups to continually enhance service delivery.
\n
• Engage actively in professional development through in-service training and supervision meetings.
\n
• Ensure that client records are thorough and comply with licensing standards, overseeing documentation, and addressing any quality assurance issues.
\n
• Participate in clinical team meetings, sharing insights and contributing to collaborative treatment strategies.
\n
• Assist clients in integrating day-to-day treatment activities into their lives, helping them build coping strategies and skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on a diverse array of clients seeking support for various mental health disorders, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. You will play a vital role in enabling clients from different backgrounds, including adults and potentially geriatric populations, to achieve their therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology or a related field, such as Counseling or Social Work.

• Current licensure as an LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or equivalent in the state of California. Note that applicants with associate licenses currently cannot be accepted, as they are not billable through Medicare.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, and familiarity with telehealth platforms is essential.

• The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple caseloads while demonstrating self-direction and minimal supervision.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with geriatric clients is a plus but not mandatory.

• Prior experience in a telehealth counseling setting can provide a distinct advantage in adapting to our service model.

Compensation and Benefits\n
