Work Environment\n

This role is establishing within an outpatient office setting, allowing for flexible work arrangements through remote therapy sessions. Our multidisciplinary team is composed of experienced professionals who collaborate closely to ensure the highest standards of client care. The position involves a typical work schedule of Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, enabling a balanced work-life experience.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct virtual therapy sessions for individuals, couples, and families, utilizing video conferencing tools to create a supportive and interactive environment.

• Develop personalized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments and regularly adjust these plans to meet evolving client needs.

• Collaborate with fellow mental health professionals, including psychologists, social workers, and counselors, to share insights and enhance overall patient care.

• Maintain detailed, confidential records of client interactions in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies, ensuring the highest level of confidentiality.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, trauma, and other behavioral health issues. Our approach is client-centered, focusing on both short-term strategies for immediate concerns and long-term strategies for sustained mental well-being, ensuring that each client receives tailored support that respects their unique experiences and background.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

• A current and valid license in California as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC.

• Minimum of two years of clinical experience providing mental health therapy.
