Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual mental health counseling via secure video platforms, maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

• Assess client treatment needs regularly, considering their evolving psychological and emotional states.

• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.

• Empower clients by teaching effective coping strategies, enhancing their problem-solving capabilities, and improving communication skills.

• Document all client interactions, treatment plans, and progress accurately within our counselor portal, minimizing administrative burdens.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will primarily serve stable, low-acuity adult clients who are seeking support for various mental health concerns. This may include anxiety, mild depression, stress management, and life-transition challenges. Our focus is on providing understanding and actionable support while fostering resilience and personal growth for our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or higher in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Psychologist (PsyD).

• No disciplinary actions or associations with limited licensure status.
\n
• Exceptional interpersonal skills combined with a compassionate demeanor towards clients.

• Proficiency with technology and a stable Wi-Fi connection for virtual counseling sessions.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a telehealth setting or familiarity with virtual counseling platforms.

• Competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with your caseload and contributions.
