This is a full-time, 100% remote position based in Irvine, California. You'll have the flexibility to create your schedule from Monday to Friday between 9 am and 5 pm, empowering you to manage your work-life balance effectively. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly, evidence-based therapeutic sessions via live video for individual adults, guiding them in their mental health journey.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health providers, including psychiatrists and fellow counselors, to foster comprehensive treatment plans tailored to clients’ needs.

• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and measures for functional improvement to continually monitor client progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.

• Actively participate in weekly clinical drop-in consultation sessions with leadership to enhance therapy techniques and discuss case management.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your client base will primarily consist of adults dealing with a broad spectrum of mental health challenges. You will engage with individuals who may be at an elevated risk of suicide and those navigating the complexities of their mental wellness. Your commitment to delivering culturally responsive care is crucial in our diverse client community, ensuring that all individuals feel valued and understood in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctorate degree in clinical psychology, clinical social work, or counseling (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT) from an accredited institution.

• Independent licensure as a therapist or counselor for at least one year is mandatory.

• Essential experience working with adult populations, especially those at higher risk or facing complex mental health issues.

• At least two years of recent hands-on experience providing cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence-based practices to adult clients is highly desirable.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, along with performance-based bonuses.
