Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions via secure virtual platforms, catering to clients’ emotional and psychological needs.

• Carry out thorough assessments to understand client challenges, formulating appropriate therapy strategies based on their individual situations.

• Develop evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client, setting measurable objectives and ensuring adaptability based on client progress.

• Maintain meticulous records of client interactions, assessments, and progress notes in compliance with state regulations and organization policies.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team, including psychiatrists, social workers, and case managers, to provide comprehensive treatment that addresses all facets of a client’s well-being.

• Participate in regular team meetings and case consultations to share insights, address challenges, and enhance service delivery.

• Stay abreast of developments in mental health practices and innovations in remote therapy techniques through continued education and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse client population including individuals coping with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health conditions. Your ability to engage with clients from various backgrounds will be essential in implementing culturally competent care, ensuring that all clients feel respected, understood, and valued.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of direct experience working in an outpatient mental health setting, helping clients navigate their challenges.

• Strong organizational, time-management, and communication abilities to effectively carry out tasks and foster relationships with clients and colleagues.

• Familiarity with telehealth platforms and electronic health record (EHR) systems to enhance service delivery and documentation.

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications.
