Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of clients, identifying risk factors and service needs, particularly for individuals requiring special precautions related to safety concerns such as suicide or elopement.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with clients and the multidisciplinary team, adjusting approaches as necessary based on progress and ongoing assessments.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, employing evidence-based methodologies that promote healing and personal growth.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress accurately and promptly in compliance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Participate in the coordination of patient discharge planning, ensuring that comprehensive follow-up is conducted post-discharge to support continued client success.

• Engage in psychoeducational activities to guide clients and their families, improving their understanding of mental health challenges and treatment options.

• Respond proactively to changes in client conditions, maintaining vigilance regarding their safety and well-being.

Qualifications\n
