Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Licensing: An independent license from the state board is mandatory; limited or provisional licenses are not accepted. Acceptable licenses include:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)

• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)

• Demonstrated ability to evaluate and make informed decisions regarding treatment planning and implementation.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a strong emphasis on empathy and active listening.

• Proficiency in using technology and electronic health records for documentation and client communication.

• 1-3 years of post-licensure experience in a clinical mental health setting.
