Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will:

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients to develop personalized treatment plans based on their unique needs.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions, ensuring a maximum of 8 clients per group to foster in-depth engagement and relationship-building.

• Provide individual and family therapy sessions tailored to the needs of adolescents and young adults.
\n
• Collaborate in case discussions with colleagues to enhance treatment strategies and explore innovative therapeutic techniques.

• Maintain a consistent schedule for both group and individual sessions, allowing clients to anticipate their treatment times easily.

• Utilize our telehealth systems and methodologies to deliver effective therapy remotely.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on serving adolescents and young adults grappling with various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and substance use challenges. By delivering compassionate and comprehensive care, you will play a critical role in fostering sustainable healing and personal growth for our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.

• Possession of an active clinical license (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT) is mandatory for independent practice; however, junior-licensed individuals are also encouraged to apply, as supervision will be provided.

• Availability to dedicate between 12 to 40 hours of work per week based on your employment type—1099 (part-time) or W2 (full-time).

• Willingness to conduct sessions during evenings and some weekends as required.

Preferred Experience\n

Prior experience working with adolescent and young adult clients is highly advantageous. Familiarity with telehealth practices and a strong understanding of contemporary mental health issues affecting youth will enhance your contribution to our team. Compensation and Benefits\n
