Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive trauma-informed assessments to evaluate patients' trauma histories and formulate tailored treatment plans addressing their specific needs.

• Implement therapeutic interventions based on evidence-based practices, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

• Collaborate effectively with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to deliver cohesive care for our patients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support during trauma-related emergencies, ensuring patient safety and emotional stability.

• Educate patients and their families about trauma responses, coping strategies, and available resources to enhance overall well-being.

• Maintain accurate, confidential documentation compliant with legal and ethical guidelines, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems proficiently.

• Engage in regular case consultations and team meetings to discuss patient progress and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a diverse range of clients who are particularly vulnerable due to their experiences with trauma. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
