This position is fully remote, allowing you to provide counseling services from the comfort of your own home while still being connected to our outpatient office operations. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to assess clients’ mental health needs and develop comprehensive treatment strategies tailored to each individual.

• Formulate and implement evidence-based treatment plans that align with client goals while utilizing therapeutic interventions effectively in individual or group settings.

• Provide counseling services, including individual, couple, and group therapy, utilizing a variety of therapeutic modalities to address mental health disorders such as depression, anxiety, PTSD, and addiction.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and unrestricted license as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Massachusetts.

Compensation and Benefits\n
