Work Environment\n

This is a remote position, allowing for flexibility in your work environment while ensuring you have access to all necessary support and resources. Our team operates on a Monday to Friday schedule from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, promoting a healthy work-life balance. As part of our practice, you will have the ability to conduct sessions through telehealth platforms which enhance accessibility for both you and your clients.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients' mental health status, understanding the nuances of mood disorder symptoms.

• Collaborate with clients to carve out personalized treatment plans aimed at meeting their unique goals, leveraging evidence-based approaches.

• Utilize various therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to address mood disorders effectively.

• Educate clients and their families about mood disorders, treatment modalities, and effective self-care strategies, fostering a deeper understanding of their conditions.

• Continuously monitor client progress, adjusting treatment planes based on clinical judgment and collaborative feedback.

• Work jointly with a team of psychiatrists and healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated efforts in the overall treatment process.

• Stay current with contemporary research trends and treatment innovations in mood disorders to refine and elevate treatment frameworks.

• Maintain thorough, confidential records of treatment interventions, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with individuals experiencing mood disorders, such as depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety disorders. This diverse patient population includes both adolescents and adults from various backgrounds, each presenting unique challenges and therapeutic needs. Through individualized support and targeted interventions, you will make a meaningful impact on the lives of those you serve.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of an active and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT in the state of California.

• Demonstrated proficiency in evidence-based treatments for mood disorders, including CBT and DBT.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
