Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to gather detailed client histories and mental health needs.

• Develop and implement effective, individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each client.

• Utilize varied therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), to deliver impactful individual therapy sessions.

• Set measurable therapeutic goals together with clients and actively monitor their progress throughout treatment.

• Provide teletherapy options for accessibility, ensuring clients receive consistent and reliable support regardless of location.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation in line with ethical standards, ensuring all clinical notes and treatment plans are accessible and clear.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, or PsyD in the state of New York.

Compensation and Benefits\n
