Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to evaluate client concerns, strengths, and necessary resources, crafting personalized treatment plans that prioritize their wellbeing and goals.

• Facilitate engaging and effective one-on-one therapy sessions, employing evidence-based techniques tailored to each client’s circumstances, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Trauma-Informed Care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide cohesive support and treatment, maintaining open lines of communication for case consults and planning.

• Stay updated on the latest research and therapeutic methods through regular participation in professional development opportunities, webinars, and internal training sessions.

• Provide crisis intervention for clients in immediate distress, implementing strategies to ensure their safety and stabilization in high-pressure situations.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential client records, adhering to ethical practices and legal standards as mandated in our field.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily involve individuals experiencing various emotional and psychological challenges, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depressive symptoms, trauma-related issues, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

• A master's degree or higher in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, or a closely related field from an accredited institution.

• Current licensure as an LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT within the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Salary for this full-time role ranges from USD 78,000 to USD 115,000 annually , reflecting your experience and dedication to quality care. Full-time counselors receive a monthly healthcare stipend, along with free access to our services as long as you remain active in your role.
