Work Environment\n

This position offers the flexibility of a remote work environment, allowing therapists to conduct sessions via telehealth from the comfort of their homes while maintaining a professional engagement with clients across Oregon. Our typical work schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility required to adjust for client needs. We offer a sign-on bonus for new hires, recognizing the critical contributions you make to our team.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct culturally sensitive mental health assessments to identify patients' unique experiences and inform the development of personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions that focus on addressing mental health concerns while promoting resilience and overall well-being.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive and uninterrupted care for clients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention and support during mental health emergencies, ensuring safety and effective strategies for resolution.

• Guide clients and their families in understanding mental health conditions, available treatment options, and community resources to foster empowerment.

• Maintain precise and confidential documentation in compliance with ethical standards and state regulations.

• Participate actively in case consultations, team meetings, and continuous cultural competency training sessions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of Oregon.

• A comprehensive understanding of mental health disorders, evidence-based treatment approaches, and the importance of cultural competence in therapy.

• Proven experience in providing individual and group therapy through culturally responsive methods.

• Strong crisis intervention capabilities and the ability to navigate complex situations with professionalism.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated capacity to create rapport and trust with diverse populations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems and the ability to navigate computer applications relevant to telehealth practices.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
