Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that respectfully consider the diverse cultural backgrounds of patients, enabling you to create tailored treatment plans that resonate with their unique experiences.

• Implement an array of evidence-based therapeutic techniques in individual, family, and group therapy formats. This includes utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other modalities adapted to the specific cultural contexts of your clients.

• Lead both individual and group therapy sessions, focusing on addressing mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and psychosocial stressors, with an aim to foster resilience and overall well-being.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
