Key Responsibilities\n

• Oversee the clinical care of patients by coordinating and supervising treatment plans to meet their psychological and emotional needs.

• Conduct individualized and group therapy sessions, maintaining thorough assessments and accurate treatment logs for each client.

• Manage a diverse caseload, addressing an array of psychological requirements while fostering supportive relationships with each patient.

• Utilize advanced assessment techniques to evaluate patients and families, collaborating on effective intervention strategies that are personally tailored.

• Employ clinical skills to navigate crisis situations, providing immediate support as well as longer-term therapeutic solutions.

• Conduct mental health evaluations and integrate them into the patient care framework for cohesive treatment planning.

• Create detailed strategy outlines, progress notes, and revisions as required, and provide educational support programs to patients and families.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling.
