Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough and comprehensive mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological states, utilizing standardized assessment tools and structured interviews.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, deploying therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic approaches to effectively address patients' emotional and behavioral issues.

• Engage in crisis intervention when needed, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies and ensuring the safety and stability of patients.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and other healthcare providers to create an integrated care experience, sharing patient insights and treatment progress during team meetings.

• Educate patients and their families on mental health conditions, treatment strategies, and community resources to empower them in their journey toward recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal standards, ensuring accurate record-keeping within our electronic health record (EHR) system.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The successful candidate will serve a diverse patient population, addressing mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, personality disorders, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A current and valid state license as an LCSW, LPC, or LMFT.

• Two years of post-licensure clinical experience in mental health counseling or therapy preferred.

Preferred Experience\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
