The typical work schedule spans Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with some flexibility needed to effectively meet patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in the state of New Jersey.

• Proven understanding of various mental health disorders, alongside proficiency in evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Demonstrated experience in delivering individual and group therapy with a focus on culturally responsive therapeutic practices.

• Strong crisis intervention skills, with the ability to remain composed during high-pressure situations.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with experience in building rapport with patients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficient in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems and applicable computer applications for documentation and patient management.

Compensation and Benefits\n
