Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver mindfulness-based interventions, including Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR), tailored to the unique needs of clients seeking stress reduction and emotional balance.

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments to identify stressors, challenges, and therapeutic goals, allowing for customized treatment plans that foster client engagement.

• Guide clients through mindfulness exercises, meditation techniques, and breathing strategies during individual and group sessions, ensuring they cultivate self-awareness and coping skills.

• Facilitate group workshops on mindfulness practices, focusing on stress management and building resilience within the community.

• Integrate mindfulness techniques into individual therapy sessions to address specific mental health concerns, tailoring approaches to fit each client's journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n
